Good morning everyone! Time to rise and shine! I hope you have slept good and now you are ready to face a WONDERFUL day! Our challenge today is to be motivated. If you are not motivated, you will get nothing done and life will just simply pass you by. Time to get up! We've been sitting around long enough. We as WLS patients know of all people that we are tired of just sitting around. Motivation gets you going! Get motivated today and get GOING! So, Who's up? What cha sipping on? ME?
