I am 10 weeks out and have not had any problems to speak of. Had a filet mingon (sp) last night with two steamed asparagus spears and three or four small pieces of brocolli. It was great ! the filet was medium and could cut it with a fork. Very low in fat and high in protein. Just remeber to add new things slowly so if you have a problem you will know what caused it. pan head

Rick, Many can eat just about everything at 6 months. Dry meat like overcooked chicken or pork is hard on most. Shoot for things that have a ‘lower glycemic index.’ Cruise over to – http://www.glycemicindex.com/ For lots of ideas…. That will keep your blood sugar levels more stable and keep the weight coming off.

Oh, and by the way….. Welcome to The Men’s message Board!! ?  Way Cool!!! Spanning the Globe from Tokyo to Down Under…. Drop in more often!! And- Hang in there…It just gets easier each week!

Best Wishes- Dx

This is good stuff. I think a rny leaves you with a bigger stomach than a vsg however. Not sure of this though. Rick

Like that avatar, Dx!

Now, no one will mistake you for the guy in the picture with the bad lawyer, barber and insurance company!
