i ma kinda having the same issues. i have lost about 240 pounds, most of it in my upper body. i can see my collar bone and ribs now. but my lower half, especially my thighs are still bigger than i think they should be. i'm a weeble-wobble. i have also wondered what exercise would help out my legs.

Any lymphedema in the past for you?
Lower extremities can ‘hang on’ to fluid retention
Just due to gravity alone.
Then again, everyone is built a little different.
