Plateaus - How long on yours

I had surgery June 2005.  331 at the time.  Since November 2006 I have stayed at about 208.  I do not seem to go up or dows.  Hoever, friends tall me I am still loosing, must be displacing one thing for another.  I feel great and not sure if I really need to loose any more weight. Steve 380/208 RNY
