Hey guys, I’m new here and I start my pre-op liquid diet tomorrow.

I’m nervous, excited and scared all at the same time, my surgery is scheduled for the 24^th and after reading all the success stories I feel a lot better.

Welcome to the looser's bench, B. Best of luck with the liquid diet! My usual suggestion is to get a hold of some unflavored Unjury, and mix it with crystal light. It's not chocolate/strawberry/vanilla. You'll understand what I mean in a few days :)
