97 pounds gone in 12 weeks
Hi guys,
Went to my primary care doc today, and my new weight is 450. That's 97 pounds down in 12 weeks!!!!!!! I lost 25 pounds in the 3 weeks before surgery, and have lost 72 pounds in the 9 weeks since surgery!!!!!!!
This is my first visit to my primary care doc since surgery, and he did a double take, and had to pick his jaw up off the floor when he saw me walking down the hall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
