Damn, had some Bumble Lee light tuna for lunch and now I'm dying.  I could power a car with the gas if the stuck a hose up my butt.  AGGHHH. Bobby

I had the same issue, if you want something like that, try the immitation crab meat, its much wetter and I have found very tasty.

Be careful of imitation crab meat (AKA Krab) - it has a lot of sugar in it, and can cause dumping in some people.

Food allergies can appear at any time, esp with foods such as tuna, eggs, and shell fish.   I developed gas issues after eating eggs several months ago. I am very aware of "trigger" foods and avoid them at all cost..thats one reason I don't drink whey protein shakes...or drink milk.  Anyway after almost a year of eating 4 egg omletes with cheese for breakfast, and having "egg salad" sometimes for lunch, I started to get terrible gas after eating the eggs.   Long story short, I can't eat eggs anymore .    You might want to try tuna at a later time and see if you get a better reaction..sometimes our bodies go wacky post op...one week things are "great" with certain foods, the next not so great, the following week..great again.  Scott
