Tuesday Coffee Talk
Our challenge today is to "think skinny"! Thinking this will help you SEE your goal and go for it! How skinny do you want to be? What "goal" weight have you set? Think skinny and it'll help! Are you at goal and don't want to gain? Think skinny! As a person thinks, they train their mind. SO THINK SKINNY! So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on a great cup of Southern Pecan. MAN! What a cup of joe! I hope you have a wonderful and blessed Tuesday thinking skinny thoughts!

Count me in. I am not listening to friends who have had the WLS and sit around and complain about excess skin. I know I will have some, but I will work my tushie off to get as little as possible. I am not gonna fall into the mode they are in.
I'm sippin on a small glass (2oz) of Mootopia skim milk and eating an egg beater. I just got clearance yesterday for soft solids. 3 weeks out of surgery, 30lbs down, Cant wait to start coffee again. Any good suggestions out there???

Really mushy stuff-
For coffee?
Stay weak with it and cut it with lots of protein drink or CarbCountdown or SlimFast Low Carb, or Skim milk, etc...
It's not only the caffiene but the tanic acid in De-Caf too
That can irritate a new pouch.

You're just pulling past the roughest part.
