Well I have been trolling the WLS in your 20's forum, and while it's a great forum, I keep peeking over here, and it seems you guys are a lot more active! I'm twenty one, having Laproscopic RNY on August 29th at 7:00AM. You can visit my profile I'm sure to get a better "feel" for me - I just don't want to bore ya'll. Thanks DxE for reccomending the forum, I appreciate your comments! Anyways, nice to meet all of you - Surgery is really soon, which = a **** ton of stress and panic. I am kind of doing this without the support of family, so OH and a few friends in real life are all I have! macktastic.j

Welcome to the Men's forum.  You'll find that these guys have a great variety of experience to share.  Sorry to hear that you don't have family support, but you have lots of friends in here.  Where do you live?  Good luck next week and keep in touch. Floyd

Welcome MacktasticJ~

Good luck with her surgery on the 29th. It's exciting and anxiety ridden all at once. BUT.. on the other side of the surgery is great! Losing weight, feeling better and living healthier.

Best of Luck
