Morning Dx,
Thanks to Dave and his "HIIT" hints, I'm continuing to do well and feel great. Just back from my "hill workout" this morning.

Best to Bob and his family - glad to hear that it is not related to WLS and when he pulls through this current set back, his life will be so much better.

This week: -.5
Total loss: 124
Keep on keepin' on.

Good Morning Everyone,
I keep checking the board every few hours hoping to hear something new about Bob. I will continue to send good vibes his way.
I'm up a few pounds from my all time low this week. Here's the numbers:
Starting: 351
Last week(all time low): 230
This week: 233
+3 pounds for the week
Total Loss: 118
Total Loss: 118 After two great weeks I was due for another slowdown, and it came. I took a week off from lifting, which may have contributed, though probably not much. Still, considering I was up as much as three pounds mid-week, a small loss is nice and I'll take it.
Like everyone, my thoughts are with Bob today and I look forward to him joining us for the weigh-in soon.
Here are my stats 22 weeks post-op:
Highest Weight 375+
Pre-Surgery Weight 350
Last Week 259.8
This Week 258.6
Week Loss 1.2
Total loss so far 116
Loss since surgery 91
