When I get "lock butt" I usually head for Starbucks.  If that don't work, I sit down on the pot and think about my ex-girlfriends.

I love cheese - but, I guess i need to cut back a bit........... I went to the drug store this morning and bought some Milk of Mag, Benefiber, and some Prep H (after my ORDEAL yesterday)....   The cashier smiles and says "good morning, how are you doing?" - i just wanted to say "take a look at what i'm buying Lady - how the hell do you think I'm doing?" - but, i held back.  After all, it is Sunday, and she was just being nice.   I just smiled back and said "I'm fine thanks, how are you today."     Anyway,  we'll see how it goes with the added fiber and cutting back on the cheese................
