The Sunday Weekly Weigh-In

Been traveling non-stop.  Gained 1 pound over the month but that is way better than I thought with the inconsistent exercise.  Glad to see everyone is doing so well. Blessings, Greg

Howdy fellas - hope everyone has a losing week.  Those of you still needing to lose, that is.

Highest - 379 DOS 9/10/07 - 366 Today - 327 Loss since RNY - 39 Total loss - 52

highest weight 349 pre-op-317  DOS-305 Today-247 Total loss=102 since surgery=70 it feels good to sit in a chair and be able to tie my shoes easily It feels good to fit into 38 pants annd 1X shirts. it feels good to lay on the couch and have room for my wife to lay next to me. it feels good to get compliments on my appearance. it feels good to be able to walk fast. IT FEELS GOOD!!!!!!

Hey Guys, I lost two pounds this week for a grand total of 126 pounds total. I started at 351 almost 15 months ago. I now weigh 225 at 6'3" tall. My current BMI is 28, down from 47.  We are hoping to have some insurance going here in the next month or so. I guess it's time to start looking into PS. I love the skinny me, but don't like looking at the extra skin. It's not a lot, but it's enough to be bothersome.  Everyone have a great week.  Ron

Dx, I:ve been traveling in East Asia for the last month.  Right now I am in Tokyo and do not have a reliable scale.  I:ll be home for the next weigh in and post my update then.
