Friday Coffee Talk

Good Friday morning everyone!  I KNOW you had a great Thanksgiving and enjoyed time with your families, food, fun, and fellowship.  Many of you are out and about today shopping and many are at work.  Some are enjoying a long weekend off from work while others are hard at it working.  Whatever you are doing, make today a great day! 

Our challenge today is to stay FOCUSED!  We splurged a little yesterday.  Some did, some didn't.  Those of us who did, we know what to do.  We just have to remember to get back on track!  STAY FOCUSED!  We KNOW what we can do and can't do, it is just a matter of us DOING it and keeping a mindset that we will STAY FOCUSED!  RIGHT!? 

So, who's up this morning?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  I'm enjoying some awesome Dunkin' Donuts fresh ground coffee and I am loving it!

Morning Randall... I'm focused today...very little splurge yesterday...but enjoyed the fellowship flogers singles Back to work..big day Russ

I was focused allright, on my still full belly!!!!! I'm still a pre-op but I over did it even for me. I can honestly say now how much I'm looking forward to surgery, I am soooo sick of food and can't wait until my intake will be limited. I was at Walmart at 5:30 this morning to buy myself a new toy, a portable dvd player and then it was off to work.
