Met an old friend (enemy) tonight...Pepsi
My daughter brought home a few cans. It's been pre op since I've had some. I've had different candies but no sugared soft drinks. Boy have my tastes changed. With Pepsi usually you get a sugar rush and then the caffiene will hit soon after. I just felt my heart beating faster but no real rush. It actually tasted a little bitter to me (I'm wondering if that's the cola taste). The only things sweet now that tickle my fancy are chocolate or ice cream (both of which I can eat in moderation). "Well goodbye Pepsi...I'll be seeing you around...But not in my pouch". Brian
