way to go. just look at bigal if you want to see the possibilities. one thing i would mention is take advantage of the first year big time. develop good eating habits and exercise once you're able. the weight will really fly off if you stick to the plan to the letter. don't cheat and try like hell to follow the rules so by the time your loss slows down you won't sabatoge things with bad habits.
for instance, give up sugar, soda and high carbs. if you can do that, you won't be tempted later. right now i bet you can't tolorate them and probably don't even want them. so it's better to get it out of your system now so later it's not an issue. ok, off my soap box....carbonblob
