FINALLY APPROVED FOR SURGERY

Hello guys, I just wanted to tell everyone that after waiting for over a year, and losing over 200 pounds on my own, i just got the call a few minutes ago from my surgeon office.  They gave me my date, its gonna be on February 27th.  I'm so excited i dont know what to do.  Finally i can get it over with and move on to the rest of my life..  OMG, what a wonderful feeling, i still cant believe it... Joshua

Joshua, Congratulations!  I remember when I got the word, I was thrilled. The 27th of Feb. will be here before you know it. You are on your way!

I read your profile and I'm impressed by how you've lost the weight so far.  Getting the surgery should help you to lose even more weight and to be able to get more exercise.  You already know how to eat correctly so that will put you at an obvious advantage once you are pos-op.  You won't be able to eat as much at your meals and will surely progress with your weight loss.  I'm so glad that you are able to get the WLS at your age.
