TV show you are what you eat

Does anyone watch You are what you eat on BBC america?  I love this show but the people on there **** me off b/c they wont try anything new. The NUT is brutal and I love it!  Check it out!@\

The British pioneered the format and the schtick found everywhere on reality TV shows nowadays; no one does it better, though I think it gets old fast. I think the NUT on that show probably isn't at all the food Nazi that she has to appear to be on YAWYE.  My big complaint is that I really question her credentials--from what she spouts about nutrition, I'd swear she got her RD or British equivalent (if she ever had any professional training) from a chiropractic mail-order school. On the other hand, the people on this show have such terrible diets that my quibbles seem pretty insignificant, and her interventions definitely help. /Steve
