Hey Adam, I grew up in Clarinda Iowa, am 6'5" and weighed a tad under 500 big ones when I had my WLS two and a half years ago. I've been at 215 for the last year and a half and have never felt better. WLS has provided me a new lease on life and I've taken advantage of the gift by jumping on the exercise and nutrition bandwagon with both feet.
