Try taking two colace without stimulants pills ($4 Walmart for 30 day supply) once a day and you won't have this type of problem. It normally caused by the high protien diet combined with the calcium pills. I suffered for the first few months after WLS till my WLS doctor recommended them to me. They cause your colon to retain more water so it softens everything up without causing you to have to spend your life in diapers or on the pot all the time. Others in the LR have used flax seeds or flax seed oil pills to help move things along.
