I had a big cap of MOM and a glass of Metamucil this morning...
I've been taking a shot of M.O.M. every night before I got to bed and it's been working great so far. I was taking a full dose every other night and felt like I was going to blow th toilet apart. Also I use the generic Wal-Mart brand cherry or strawberry flavored( can't remember what it is) but it tastes A LOT better than the unflavored.

If I turn on the news tonight and there's a story about an earthquake in the northern midwest, I'll know that there was a momentous occasion at your house. Maybe you can get some of that Katrina money to rebuild your chocolate city.
