Career Question (IT Career? Remote?)

Thanks, a lot of questions still remain:

1.Is my job really too good to be true? ("Too good" has continued on for 16 + years).

2.Do my parents really need me/ would we really get along that well/ would my presence be helpful back in the states?

3. Is any career or family prospect worth risking a stable relationship for? I look around and mostly see people who are less than happy.

4. My home situation and location are ideal. Should I risk that by moving? I haven't seen anything that compares back home.
