Hello all I would like to know if anyone has taken Mega Men nutrition formula dietary supplement from GNC. If you have how much do you take I take two scoops with eight oz of water once a day is this enough or should I take it twice? Thank you for your help.
I'm taking it and it seems good so far, I'm taking 2 1/2 scoops and mixing it into my daily protien shake. I try not to go to much over what they recommend on the package just because i'm not sure how it may effect me post surgery.
