HUGE WET ONE
Hey guys -
I spent the weekend in Katemcy. It is a city a few miles north of Mason, Texas. As seen in my avitar, I love rock crawling. I don't have a rig.......YET, but I ride and spot for a good friend. Katemcy is in the middle of the hill country in the center of Texas. The difference is that the hills are natural granite!!! It is so beautiful.
Anyway the wet one was that I was able to walk all the day long, take a shower in the small shower, and able to use the head without any problem. I was able to walk the hills to spot others and jump between rocks, climb in and out of the truck and hook up the winch when needed, etc!!! It was so much fun.
I am down 154 since surgery and LOVING THE FARTS......

I've driven through Mason a time or twenty on my way to Austin. Never heard of Katemcy, but calling it a city has got to be a stretch. Beautiful country in through there but no way to make any money in my chosen field.
You didn't stop in Llano at a place called Cooper's BBQ now did you? If not, you ought to. Even a WLS vet can appreciate fine BBQ in moderation. I've eaten lunch in there before and then not been able to eat until lunch the next day.
Congratulations on having a "normal" recreational afternoon.
