UM.... Not exercising much and not eating anything but I do get 1300 calories from Boost with Benefiber and 72 grams of Protein. Starting weight: 388
Current weight: 230
Total Weight Loss: 158 pounds Surgery Aug. 20.
I slipped a pair of 42" blue jeans on the other day, oh they felt so good and a XL shirt. Dx made a comment about me being able to wear a Med. shirt and I began laughing - I can't remember when I ever wore a Med. shirt.
Fart: I have to power the seat of my Tahoe closer to the dash and the recline of the seat back is almost straight up. Wow, my daughter says she has lots of room now behind me!!! Hee hee.
Won't weigh until next Tuesday, but did want to report that I got 14.5 miles worth of walking in last week. I want to thank the gentleman from North Carolina for motivating me to set my own bar a little higher. Maybe some month I'll go over a 100 too. Went to an out of town friend's house for a card game Saturday night. He had pork ribs and rib eye steaks on the mesquite fired grill. I didn't exactly leave them alone. Best guess is that I put down about 1800 calories on Saturday between 2pm and midnight. Course a lot of it was protein. At least I left the Crown alone. But I'll have to get some extra miles tonight to make up for that ****
