Texas Support Group's

Good evening everyone -

I am trying to compile a list of all the support groups in Texas to give out at the RYD Conference. I need everyones help. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me do this by letting me know of any and all support groups you know about. Here are a few things needed:

1. Please incld the name, date, location and time
2. Please incld a contact name and email (if possible)
3. Please incld if it is surgery type specific
4. Please incld if the meeting is open or closed - if anyone can attend or only those that went threw the host, or if a mens group, etc.
5. Please read the replies to try to eliminate duplicate replies....

Thanks in advacene for your help. We all need support groups, so lets pull together and make this work.

 Since our lovable leader is F, I guess I'll have to speak for our group here:   1. N. Texas DS Group, meets second Saturday of each month from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. or so in the Technology Building of the Carrollton-Farmer's Branch I.S.D., 2427 Carrick Lane @ I-35 and Valley View exit (just north of the new Dallas Stars Arena);   2. Leader is Ellen Yates, @ [email protected]   3. duodenal switch, pre-ops and post-ops and interested persons (all surgeons);   4. open to anyone, but geared specifically toward those persons interested in the DS
