Does anyone here read, write or speak spanish?

Im having a yard sale in a few weeks and most of the people who come to my area for yard sales are spanish speaking and i would like to post a sign saying Yard Sale in spanish also a sign that says everything must go no reasonable offer will be refused, if you know how to translate please let me know i will geatly appreciate it.

Babelfish is the best. I use it a lot at work to translate articles written in a foreigh language which I need to read in English.
