Back Home from Surg.

Man I know how you feel with the open surgery.  Mine was done open also and it felt like I wa**** by a Mack truck.  Hang in there.  Walking helps take a lot of the soreness away. Using a pillow against your inscison when you get up from the bed or chair helps a lot.  Be sure to follow your doctor's instructions and drink as much as possible.  Glad your surgery went well.  And it is nice to have you on the Loser's Bench!!
