Can some of you post your daily routine? I am looking for a routine to get into but need some help. mixing meal times with drinking water and vitamins and exercise... well it scares the **** out of me that I might forget to eat or forget vitamins.  What I am looking for is what was your schedule right after surgery. I get up about 7 am and go to bed about midnight or later. I work from home and on the road so.... Like this morning I forgot to eat breakfast and forgot my daily mens vitamin. Didn't forget my 32 oz Rubbermaid Chug bottle of water. At least I didnt forget that. But I ate lunch at noon. Dinner 5 - 5:30ish...took my mens one a day before dinner. Like I said I need a routine in writing to put into my calender on my PDA! lol Any help would be appreciated.

Mornings

Two Optisource chewable vitamin tables

700 mg Glucosamine

8 oz glass of low fat milk I take the Glucosamine for my bad joints. I travel a lot an will substitute a protein bar for a meal on the go, and when dining out, I stick to grilled steak or fish with mixed vegs. I do cut my restaurant meals in half when they are first placed on the table and limit myself to half the portion at a sitting.

It all works itself out... my advice is put all your vits in a zip lock the night before (or first thing in the morning,) carry them with you and take them when you remember them....and if you "forget" around meal times (except iron). I wake up take iron  and hour later I take my multi, b complex and some extra a,  C, D, and milk thistle...2 hours later I take come calcium citrate with extra D, 2 hours later more Calcium citrate with D, 2 hours later a multi, extra A, extra D, extra zinc,  and milk thistle, and before bed calcium with extra D, and some magensium oxide (keeps things moving IYKWIM).  Scott
