What is your #1 food post WLS, calorie wise?
While I am only 5 weeks post-op, my #1 food is cheese, preferably Cracker Barrel low fat extra sharp. Its weird, before surgery I never cared about cheese, now I love it. Its amazing how your tastes change after surgery. Right now everything tastes way to sweet for me. I wonder if I will like coffee now?
I have to echo Charlie B in that I eat ham and scrambled eggs every day. And being that I live in the land of mui Mexicanos, and have adopted most of their tastes, I usually mix my eggs with refried beans and cover it all up with a scorching green sauce. The only thing I deny myself that I used to eat pre-op is the flour tortilla that it was all packaged in.
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.

I cannot wait to swallow an egg, eggs will be mostly every morning for me. Then seafood, lots of caviar and sashimi (raw fish) and maybe a filet mignon once or twice a week. I cannot wait to swallow a nice big glass of 1% milk or water. I crave eggs - cooked anyway but over hard. I want burnt toast sprayed with olive oil spray or butter spray. I want to eat damit! hee hhe
