All I can say is.... Wow!
But I worked up the courage and it's an interesting story to say the least. Most interesting are the comments regarding him being so fat let alone being a murderer. Kind of makes you think which one is perceived worse in our society. My favorite comment which was more to the point, in my mind anyway, was:
"I BET THE MAN HE MURDERED LOST A LOT OF BODY WEIGHT TOO."
I think they should charge him for the Nutritionist supervision, and the improvements to his health.
So far the reaction to his suit?
AP's Poll- “What's your reaction to the inmate's lawsuit?”

Thumbs Up (6%) – 3,308

Jail since September “Awaiting Trial?”
Hell, Sue and charge his Lawyers. Or the Arkansas Court system.
Forget the Weight-loss,
What about the whole sixth Amendment, “the right to a speedy trial…” business?
Don’t know if 2000 to 3000 cals a day equals “Starvation.”

I think it's backfiring, however
My heart just bleeds for him! 3000 calories a day, is starving? Does that me that I can sue my surgeon for putting me on 500 calories a day with the Medifast liquid diet for 4 weeks pre-op? He is also probably taking part in a class action lawsuit against fast food companies for making him fat in the first place!
How much has it cost us to loose our weight, let alone for him to loose his weight?
