I use a high protein cereal and low carb yogurt. Kay's Naturals cereal only has 15 grams of total carbs and 9 grams of protein, 3 grams of sugar. It comes in cinnamon apple and vanilla. Main ingredient is soy protein. Mix that with a Kroger Carb Master vanilla yogurt. 4g carbs 3g sugars 12 g protein. For something a little different I add no sugar added apple sauce. This is also something good to put a couple of tablespoons of flax seed mill.  My normal breakfast is a jumbo egg with onions and greenpepper with shreded cheddar on top.  pan head

Thank you all for your input. I like eggs, but not hard boiled- never could stand them since Cool Hand Luke. I like cooked eggs, so that is not an option. It does work real well for me on the weekends.
Yogurt with granola or LC cereal sounds like it will work real well. If anyone thinks of any kind of frozen prepared food that can just be nuked, I am open to anything. I had read a post about Morningstar Eggs Florentine. I would give those a try, but can't find them locally. I found Hot pockets Lite Eggs, ham and cheese. The numbers on those looked pretty good, so I might have to give them a try.
Yhanks again,

Lou

Here's something I've enjoyed, very good and very satisfying Take 2 Bob Evans pre-cooked "lite" sausages or pre cooked turkey sausages and puree them in the Bullet. Place in a Carb-Control wrap with a slice of fat free american cheese and microwave for I minute. Very tasty, very filling, and vry easy to get down. Enjoy

I eat oat meal most days the very first thing in the morning about 6:00 am then around nine I eat a egg bean and cheese taco minus about half the tortilla. On the weekend we make eggs at home with either venision /pork sausage very lean or some very lean bacon. Any egg is great protien.
