Did your WLS help any with "E.D."?
Well, I would like to think that the further we get out w/o diabetes and "normal" blood fats, that the damage done by both will gradually reverse itself .. Not sure what scientific evidence there is for that proposition, though .. I know they used to think that the nerve damage (neuropathy) done by diabetes was permanent, but a few years ago they somehow determined that with tight control it could gradually even be reversed. Hopefully the same holds true for the vascular damage done by diabetes and the hardening of the arteries, etc. from high blood fat levels! .. < fingers crossed >
(bottom line: ask me this question again in a few more years)
and now, a musical interlude for the theme, courtesy of Elton ..
Whadya go and do to make me horny?
Whadya go and do to make it firm?
What are we gonna do, it's like lightening's striked me,
Sorry but it seems to be as hard as wood,
(chorus)
So glad, so glad, so glad,
It's a mad mad situation,
Sorry but it seems to be as hard as wood
(and yes, sadly, I've been hearing strange sexual lyrics in Elton's tunes of late ... does that indicate something?)
