Got me a new sit-up board
Got me a new sit-up board this weekend at a garage sale. Looks like it's never been used (wonder why? 
) so got it for $10. Really works the old abs........ I had one a long time ago when I was in college when I used it a lot. Obviously, it gathered dust while I was climbing Mt. Obesity so I threw it away. Good to have the old friend back in the home gym.
