IDGOMB 05/25/08
Went to a local park and walked 5/8 mile, ran 7 1/2 miles, walked another 5/8 mile. It's a 5/8 mile gravel path around a small lake. Lots of walkers and a few runners. I really wanted to do 10 miles running but I started to late and got so dark I couldn't see.
I had a little left, I ran my fastest lap last. Averaged 10 minute mile pace for the running, which was a little faster than I wanted. Right now I want to work on endurance and not worry about speed.
