The Prodigal Son Returns....

Hello Everyone on the Men's Board...

I have been away for a very long time from this board, while I sorted out my life.  I really want to get involved again, and I am finally taking that first step.

Having started my journey at 408 pounds, then going through some hard times and getting down to a scary 148 pounds, I prayed and prayed on it until changes had finally happened in my life.  I became involved with EAS Body For Life and the 2008 Body Challenge, and I started serious weight training and eating right.  My prayers were finally answered, and I am doing so much better now - I have gained a large amount of muscle and I am feeling so amazingly wonderful...

I hope to be on here more often now, and getting back into life.  So many of you have been so incredibly encouraging and supportive, and I want you to know that I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.

Young Mike... don;t you look and sound fantastic.... Looks like the muscle is going on in all the right spots....I know the drop too low was a scare, but in the long run...you have come out on top...stay in touch russ
