Pill Swallowing

I was told no pill swallowing for 6 months. However, I swallow very tiny pills and I'm 3 months out just about. Is this detrimental or have some of you guys done the same? I of course chew my big vitamins, inject my b12, and crush everything else. Any feedback is appreciated as always.

I don't want to tell you to go against medical advice, but I told my program I was having a hard time getting down the big chewable calcium citrate pills I had and felt the citracal creamy bites were over-priced despite tasting good. They green-lighted me at that point (about 2 months) to take my pills however I wanted as long as I didn't feel like they were getting stuck (you would know)....so I've been swallowing my horse(calcium) pills, along with my multi-vitamins ever since, I even swallow the two calciums and the multi all at once, with water - no problem...so just ask, and perhaps they will give you permission too, can't hurt to ask, right?

I'd be ready for the funny farm if I were still crushing my pills.  Most of my Rx meds were incredibly vile tasting when I crushed them. I never crush any pills any more, including 5 enormous horse pills of calcium citrate per day, and haven't since about 1 month out. /Steve

The advice I was given was to swallow pills only the size of pencil erasers only. No, not the Big Pinkies

I've never been good at pills, so I pretty much have only chewable or liquid stuff.
