Numero uno from the beginning is sugar-free popsicles.  Others now include -- 1% milk with choc. protein added.  I prefer Unjury.  35g of protein and it tastes good especially when very cold.  Healthy Choice steamers and small meals.  I take these to work and nuke them in the microwave.  Protein runs 17 - 25 grams low fat, low sugar  just avoid the ones with rice.  Even after 18 months rice and any from of ground meat just don't agree with me.  For a treat  Dairy Queen fat free no sugar added fudge bars.  no fat 2 gr sugar 4 gr sugar alcohol  and 6g protein.  At this point I can eat just about any meat that isn't ground.  But I still have chicken or turkey 4 - 5 days a week.  I have found that with pork/ham and beef I need to be very careful about removing any fat.  If I miss some I will know it within 30 mins and it is not fun at all.  I still have a problem with pastas and more than a single slice of bread.  Low fat cheese is becoming a staple of my meal plans.  I also am interjecting fruit particularly bananas and strawberries.  Fronzen bananas satisfy the desire for something hard to chew on. I rarely cook so but I have found a few things that are easy and at least %40 protein.

Cottage Cheese
Safeway Signature Cafe Chili (250 calories, 25 grams of protein)
BumbleBee prime fillet chicken and tuna. These are really easy, chicken breasts and tuna steaks with some sort of marinade. I'm liking the teriyaki, soutwest chicken, garlic herb chicken, lemon pepper tuna, most are around 110-150 calories and 25-30 grams of protein.

I was doing the unjury and slim fast low carb shakes but I find eating my protein much more satisfying at this point.
