GREAT!!! 1st Dr. visit after day 26 I am down 38 pounds and three inches in the waist. Even typing it I have a hard time beleiving it...WOOO HOOOO!!!!!!

GREAT!! I was losing about a pound and a half a day for the first few months. Just walking or moving of any type seemed to work (exercise, walking, chores, work). Every time I would step on the scale I would shake my head in disbelief. Brian

Just wait till you go to put on a pair of pants and you look at them and think these aren't mine, they are too small. When you put them on you find that they are actually too big!
