You how how those hormones work. DOn;t pay em.  Seriously, I have the same problem. That's why I can tall when I am not on my Topamax and effexor. I still have a problem with cell phone and road rage. Especially with people who talk on their cell phones while driving.  You could also plan one of your protein snacks or shakes if you use them to help bring up levels. Or even eat something. Sometimes that may increase levels.
