Today is my 5 year Surg-iversary...forgive the ramble...
Hey Dx,
We're also looking forward to the next 5 years of your posts--brief or not! Congrats on all that you've accomplished and learned via WLS, and much gratitude and appreciation for your wise and witty words here on OH. Bet you could never have imagined how much good your WLS experience would end up doing for so many other guys (okay, and gals . . .)
I'm with Dave in looking forward to your treatise on brevity. When will vol. 1 be available?
Doug

Congrats Dxe! Your story inspires me and I can relate in a lotta ways man. Thanks for sharing. BobM.
Congratulations DX. Thanks for all your inspiration. It's great to hear of long term goal maintenance. So many times when I tell people of my upcoming surgery, EVERYONE seems to know several people that had WLS and now has gained it all back. I just have to say to myself that going back to old ways will not be an option for me. I can see that it doesn't have to be with you and other successes on this forum. Thanks again to you and all the others who have changed their lives. Michael
