Smaller FART at the Y
I've mentioned before that my favorite cardio machine at the Y is a virtual reality stationary bike. It projects you into a mythical bike race, and you compete with the other riders. The bike is NOT tied in to the FitLinxx system used for the other stuff I work out on, so when I I'm done, I have to manually log my performance data.
We-e-e-e-ll, yesterday I rode a short route (5.3 mi), and today I rode a longer one of 9.5 miles. Both days, when I got to the part of FitLinxx asking for workout intensity data, what the bike said I expended matched the FitLinxx' default value for a level of 10, meaning I couldn't ride the bike any harder than I was already.
Actually I can, but I have to manually enter the expended calories the bike reports. That meter doesn't go to 11...
