Quix ain't the place
A quick summary of yesterday's Quix events from my perspective …
1. Paul (who I respect greatly) was dissed by Taco Boy here at OH and decided to leave
2. You reacted to that, Along with an Invite By Sandyfeets (a Woman from the OH Mainboard who is also at Quix), and a recommendation by Scott W. to seek out Quix as an Alternative. 3. In the Quix welcome post, Paul posts his link to his YaHoo Group with the 1st “Rule” there as- “No tuna, not even lurkers.” Two of the women, who do not know him from a house cat reacted. Others ask- “What is Tuna?” and another couple go on to say- “I have no problem with the term tuna.” 4. Having been there all of a moment, You start a thread -"we need a mens only forum" and include the reference to women as Tuna again. 5. All Hell, did not Break out. About 5 people told you (having been there less than 4 hours) to have some patience, stop being an azz-hole, to members who have been there for years. You responded with some drama over-reactions and One gal asked- “When are the Men who act like Men going to show up?” Tek explained that he was working on developing a Men’s Forum, and recommended that you “Grow a pair.” 6. You Pris your ass out of there in a freakin tizzy, like a girl scout who got dog crap on her new dress, and came back here to slam ALL of the folks there where they couldn’t respond to your Drama queening and slamming. Here is what I learned from your Quix scouting expedition:
1. The men only locker room here on OH is better for you than any mixed board.
(You Need “a Jeremy” to create order and a calm, pre-digested false sense of security. In Matrix terms, you Need to remain a “CopperTop.” 2. The women and men of Quix have voted in a poll on the board and are proceeding with working to the creation of a Men’s Forum. They have pretty much decided Not to have an additional women’s forum, but the vote is still going through the weekend. 3. JoAnn, who one person called “The Queen Bee of Quix” has changed the diapers of boys your age, and Tek, one of the originators of This Forum on OH, is amazingly tolerant of ass-clowns. 4. You will probably never go to the Quix site again and all parties will be happy with that I'm sure. However, Paul is there this morning replying to Birthday wishes from the whole bunch, Scott W. is there responding to people wishing him the best for his Disney Run, Chad is posting about his race this Sunday and getting support for that, and several guys are there voting in the poll to create a men’s forum, and getting to know some of the folks. They are not over reacting like little *****es. They are engaging others on a WLS support and information Board. Many of them also are probably posting and reading at Paul’s YaHoo Group for Men. 5. You will continue to post here in the locker room until some other place that doesn’t challenge you in anyway falls in your lap or you grow up and grow a pair. I don't think you "learned" a dam thing. Just had a lot of reactions to others.
Yep. I’m a windy wordy ******* Check some posting history here on the Men’s Forum. While you have done Nothing for the Last 8 F*ckin’ Days but ***** and whine about this place and that, Others here have been supporting the guys here and offering help, and support. Sorry, you need some place to vent. You clearly are here for the rest of the guys. Hopefully you’ll one day make peace with the fact that the world does revolve around you.

Dx, man, that's some of the funniest **** i've read in a long time! remind me not to get you wound up!
BONER, sorry to laugh at your expense, you're funny too! i didn't say a word when i went over to quix and then one of the women said she's baking me a tuna casserole! or would make one or something like that. other women jumped in too being unoffended. it was great. they started it, not me. so some of them are really cool. gotta agree though, might not have been the best idea to call them tuna's right off the bat. i figured i went in with that baggage. i asked in my first post to wipe the slate clean. i also proceeded to tell them in another post why we use that language (well, speaking for myself really). i said it's mainly because 1% of the dip**** tuna's ruined it for the other women to post.....even something nice. just get out. well, i figured i would have to watch it going to a new place. i can tell you ain't going back but give it a try if they do get a men's place. hell, even Dx doesn't give a crap anymore. don't let others chase you away. btw, i love the taco boy thing. i hate his guts too. anyway, i bet 99% of the people involved in your post over there don't care about it now. so how about another try? i hope you do. they seem to tolorate huge dust ups and then forget it an hour later. oh, and yeah, maybe i kissed a little too much ass going in so go ahead and bust my balls! carbonblob
