Hey Guys, can anyone direct me to a site where I can find info on building up my ARMS. I have to get rid of these WINGS where my triceps should be. I guess I want to replace this loose skin with muscle. PS is out of the question. This is my goal no matter how long it takes. Any info would be appreciated.

I would suggest lots of curls, for biceps and tricep kickbacks and dips high weight low reps. Also, I integrated yoga with my weight training and it helped alot. I lost about 120 total with no excess skin except a little on the lower stomach which leg raises seem to be taking care of.
