Walmart version of Flintstones Complete (w Iron), Chewable 3xday
Walmart calcium citrate w. vit. D, not 'chewable', but I just bite them into baby-aspirin-sized pieces before I swallow. 3xday
Walmart B1 2xweek: Again, bite into small pieces
Walmart sublingual B12, 2xweek
Snickers bar, 3xday..... Just kidding about that last one....
