IDGOMB Saturday
A couple of good days in a row for me in the gym going through my basic upper body and abs workout. Nothing big time mind you but 30-45 minutes of some solid lifting, calenstenics, crunches and the like.
I've been pretty lazy the last week not hitting the gym but once I get my ass in there and start the workout, I feel good but I feel really good afterwards from getting er' done. Great feeling of accomplishment even though it's not a "monster workout" like some of you guys do.
Went on a nice, easy bike ride with my daughter yesterday where we combined riding with shopping and "sampling" the free food at Sams Club and Super Target. Of all the cycling I do, these little 10-20 miles weekend rides I do with her or the other kids are the absolute best.
