Any guys have the DS WLS?

I've been reading about the DS and hanging out on that forum, but there are very few men there, so I'm wondering why. In reading the posts here I haven't noticed anyone that has DS as their WLS either, what's the story? From what I've read it looks like the DS, WLS has the best results, long term.

I know a couple of people here did. I didn't but I wish I had. Or at least I wish I was distal RNY and not a proximal.

Well I hope they see this thread and chime in. I would really like to hear their experiences and thoughts about it.

Why not PM them and invite them over?  They are guys? Will keep this board alsive.  DX found many of is on other boards and invited us to the Mens board.

I had the DS with Dr. Baltasar in Spain on 2/25.

We are very much a minority in the locker room and I tend to just lurk anyway. If you have any questions I can answer though, I'd be happy to try.

he has had great sucess with DS...right now he is out of pocket recovering from PS..

one last resport he was just healing, and that takes time...
