Looks like the Yahoo group was dissolved so the quix group remained. I had a good week I guess for me. No binges not a lot of sweets. Some exercise. For me that's ok.

I went down to 335 then gained back @5 lbs , almost overnight. Never went over 800 calories and been on less than 500 a day since. (Trouble keeping it down.)

Can't turn around. There ain't no exit ramp.
