Really good prices on DaVinciGourmet SF syrups
My wife was shopping at Sam's Club yesterday and found that they have many of the popular flavors of the syrups for about $4 per bottle. I normally pay over $7 per bottle so I told her to get a few. I know the local store had French vanilla, caramel, Kahlua, raspberry, and some others. Some are great with coffee and others are good in protein shakes or wherever you need a kick of sugar free flavoring. They are sweetened with Splenda.
You can go online to Davinci syrupsd and get around 200 flavors and they really can add some zing to plain oatmeal or proaein drinks. I have coconut, chocolate , and german chocolate cake.
They help me meet that chocolate urge.
I havn't had my surgery yet but I have been dieting long enough to have found this source.

Don't forget that REALLY dark chocolate, like the 85% stuff, is really low in sugar. When I get that twinge for Chocolate I give myself a small square. A serving is like 9g of sugar, but that's six squares. I'm only eating one square, and it curbs the craving. I'm ok with that.
Remember, though. Don't skimp and buy the crap dark chocolate. Get the REALLY good stuff from a chocolatier. Make it worth your while. And, don't mess with the less dark stuff. What you're wanting is the cocoa flavor, not the milk solids. Darker = more cocoa / vol.
Nothing like a small square of espresso flavored dark chocolate with a fig. mmmmm
