I have my date!

Well after trying to get to this point for 4 1/2 months I have my date for my surgery. I have to hav an I D C screen placed on Friday Aug 8. I thought that would mean my RNY would follow in a few weeks. Well when I got a call from my Drs office the first time was Oct 21, SO I have a little while to wait for that. I was a little bummed out after I found out it was going to be October before my WLS.

That time will fly. It will give you lots of time to prepare. Use it to start taking pictures. Get some protein samples., lay in some water, get real nervous, prepare a lot of questions, start walking if you can.

Good News no matter how you slice it! I appreciate you waiting for my B'day Oct. 20!

Congatulations.   Like Snickle said, use the time to get yourself well prepared.  It will help make things go smooth at surgery time.  Enjoy the ride.
