I posted a couple days ago about possibly ordering a trike from kaz-usa.  I was wondering how much weight the Low Rider supports.  I called them today and found that each of the adult trikes supports 750 lbs.  So, it's a matter of personal preference and which one you think you'll fit best on that should determine your purchase.  The prices are very close for all 3.  The web site is http://kaz-usa.com/Trike.html .  Their address and phone number can be found on the top of the price list page.  I think I may have to call them again if I do want to make an order because I've had a hard time navigating the Yahoo.com through e-bay that they refer you to.  I know that I can't get on the super large trike.  So, for me, it's either going to be the large trike or the low rider.

It comes standard with a large padded seat.  I'm leaning towards the Large Trike as opposed to the super Large Trike because I have trouble straddling a bike frame.  I even have trouble sitting on an exercycle.  I carefully examined the descriptions and the pictures.  The super Large Trike allows for the seat to be placed at 2 locations along its length whereas the Large Trike allows for the seat to be placed at 3 locations.  I think I'd be better with that Trike with the seat in the most rearward position.  I can adjust the seat between 21-22 inches in height.  The seat of the super Large Trike is between 27-28 inches.  That may be advantageous to most people but I would have a harder time getting on that seat.  I measured the seat height of my rollator and it sits at 19 inches high.  So, I'm sure that the Large Trike would be comfortable for me.  I can stand for stretches of a time but I think I'll have to find some sort of plastic block to be able to block at least one back wheel since the Trike does not have brakes.  I'm sometimes unsteady getting up from the rollator if the brakes aren't set.  The Trike may be different since I'd be asserting force on the handlebars as I stand.  I don't see that as being a problem.
